Shipping options & delivery times
- Economy: typically 10–30 business days (cost-effective).
- Express: typically 5–12 business days (faster, higher cost).
Customs, duties & import compliance
Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver unless otherwise agreed. Some countries have restrictions on certain items — we provide guidance and required paperwork to minimize delays. For restricted items we will advise whether shipment is possible.
Packing & insurance
We use secure, customs-ready packing to protect products in transit. Insurance options are available and recommended for high-value orders — please request insurance during checkout or when requesting a quote.
Tracking & support

Returns due to customs seizure
If a shipment is seized or returned by customs due to prohibited items or incorrect declarations, we will contact you with next steps. In many cases return shipping and fees will apply.
